At Pleaser Shoes, we want you to feel confident in every step you take, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn footwear in original packaging. Please ensure items are tried on over a clean surface to maintain their pristine condition for eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
